I'm not one too complain to harshly but when you also work in customer service, it is completely necessary. I came in and I wasn't greeted at all just told to "sign the book" in a non friendly tone. I brushed it off understanding that we all have bad days. But then there was another customer there that was requesting service from a specific employee. After she was told that employee would be very busy today and the customer settled for someone else, another employee said something in a different dialect and the woman that was doing my eye brows snickered under her breath. The customer was very nice in requesting the other employee so I did not see why this was necessary. The women completing my service opted to make commands, telling me to hold down here and there but the only time she said thank you was when I swiped my card. I'm sorry,  I'm the nicest, most patient person you could meet but I just felt attitude in the air and it was thick and made me feel unwelcome. If you're one whose for the atmosphere of the place you're spending money, you may want to find somewhere else to go.

Beautiful building and great people! Very quick but attentive to details. Very kind ladies and have great deals! Highly recommend to anyone needing threading, lashes, waxing, and facials !

The service here is always amazing. I come from Louisiana on business every month and only allow them to touch my brows.

I moved to the area few months ago and was on the hunt for a new threading joint. Found this place and decided to give it a whirl. 
It's a very clean place. Reasonable prices and professional service. I went to get my brows and upper lip done, and was happy with the results. I like my brows thick and defined, which the aesthetician executed perfectly. Eyebrow shape was good and she was very detailed! She went back and checked many times to ensure she got all the hair. 
Now I go whenever I have the chance to pamper my brows. The staff is very welcoming. I usually drop by on weekdays to avoid any wait. The staff listens too because on my part, I hate it when people reshape my brows or make them too thin. really satisfied with this place , definitely will be coming back .Recommend this place:))

Worse service by far!! I've been here several times, I have gotten my eyebrows done and had a cut but this passed Friday was the worse.I have cut all over, it honestly looks horrible.  I understand accidents happen but I seriously feel horrible the way my eyebrows look. And I waited for about an hour and a half to get this cut all over my eyebrows.
