I read the positives and I now am assured that the female owner has issues. I have never been so offended by a person. I told her (the owner) that there was an issue with the rinse cycle and if she would kindly give me a cup of softener because it failed to come out and she went off in a tangent telling me that every time I go there I have an issue. I never have. She asked me to leave and never come back. I am offended by unfounded accusations in conjunction. Again, "all over a cup of softener. You will be fine if you never complain. Otherwise you will be met with "Fire and Fury"
I had been a loyal and faithful patron for 2 years but I will now be going to the newly renovated St Pete Laundry Company on 8461 4th St N. It is state of the art with friendly service. Try it once and you'll be hooked.
I feel sorry for her friends and family, particularly her kind husband which I am sure has to put up with her horrendous attitude. I don't care what other reviews read, she is despicable.

Wow! I cannot say enough about Simply Cleaner! Not only were they the only dry cleaner in the area that was able to spot clean my wedding dress at a reasonable cost and in a timely manner, they also went above and beyond when I missed my pick up time to ensure that I had my dress for my big day! I will definitely be taking all of my dry cleaning here in the future! Thanks so much!

I have been dropping off my laundry here for the past 3 years. It is run by a husband and wife team who work very hard and have always had my laundry done the same day. Drop off in the morning, pick up on the way home. Much cheaper than buying detergent and other supplies. My shirts on hangers are always fresh and wrinkle free. No kids running all around the place like other places. It is always very clean and Kelley is a real nice woman with a nice personality. If you need to wash something on your own, they have many washers and dryers of several sizes each. I washed 2 quilts and a blanket myself and didn't go broke in the process. Nearby quotes were twice the price I paid and wouldn't be ready the same day, try 3 ! I appreciate this easy to get to "not your ordinary" Laundry/Cleaners. Try it, it's your answer to worry free laundry.

Clean atmosphere with friendly and courteous staff. The prices are affordable, and you can get all of your laundry done in a reasonable amount of time.
