I have dealt with storage unit companies in the past but this has by far been the most pleasant interaction. The facility is clean and well kept. David was extremely helpful in finding me the perfect size unit to store my household goods. He was also thorough when going through the contract. I would recommend simply self storage on Macon road to anyone looking for a secure place to store your things for a reasonable price.

Absolutely the best customer service I have seen in a while. Dave and Amanda were very responsive and informative. First look and I signed up right away. Will recommend to more of my Army co-workers that will need storage in this area. Plenty of space for both of my vehicles and extra HHG items. Price cant be beat.! Thank you. And yes, they offer monthly military discounts:0)

I've been a customer with Simply Self Storage for over 5 years. I stopped by the office today to pick up a couple of items that I needed. I met Amanda for the very first time, she was very polite, pleasant and knowledgeable. It’s good to know that there are still good and pleasant employees that’s works on the weekends but still have a polite and pleasant attitude.

Amanda has exceptional customer service. She is very easy to work with and an expert at her job. Being a tenant here, I feel that my valuables are indeed in great care at this facility. Amanda goes beyond the expectations to keep her tenants happy. She's good with following up on tenant relations and carry herself with exceeding professionalism. The property is always secure and clean. Amanda is always making sure her tenants and customers needs are fulfilled here at Simply Self Storage. Yes, this facility and property manager is something to gloat about. The company offers customer referrals with a no limit to how many customers you can refer. I recommend you go check out Simply Self Storage on Macon Road and tell Amanda I sent you!
