Angela and Bri were very helpful. Angela made sure i was in more convenient unit. The only thing i was disappointed about was I missed out on 1st month's special of 1st months rent free. I did however get 1/2 off. Thanks so much ladies.

I am adding to my review after being a customer for 2 weeks. This is an inside storage facility, with no way to drive up to your unit if your unit does not sit near one of the driving lanes (most don’t). There were 2 handcarts the first day I was there. The second day I was there the two handcarts were locked in the office, which is closed on Sunday. The third day I was there only 1 handcart, and it was in use. It is no fun dragging, or trying to carry, very heavy boxes to your storage unit. Great communication from national office and local office. Efficient customer service. Bria was very helpful and knowledgeable about what services were available.

Service is excellent. The employees are really sweet and very helpful. I recommend extra space in griffin

The staff here is top notch. They are very helpful and friendly. Clean facility. Great prices! I would and will recommend this business to anyone.
