I was originally going to buy a pillow online as I saw a sleep number pillow on sale, but I thought it may be best to go in-store and I’m glad I did. Ashley immediately greeted me and asked if she could assist me. I expressed my concerns with my sleep pattern and she was quickly able to give me some guidance on the best pillow. She took her time explaining the pros and cons of each pillow and her personal experience with the memory foam pillow. I never felt rushed and felt like she really listened. I ended up purchasing her recommended pillow and I did so in part of the experience Ashley provided me. They didn’t have the pillow in stock so she will be shipping it to me. Thanks Ashley!
Avoid Sleep Number at all costs. Our salesperson was terrific but our experience since ordering our bed has been absolutely abysmal. There is absolutely no customer support or service for these products and, having seen how they are manufactured services performed at our home due to equipment failures and lack of proper installation they are charging so much money for what appears to be shoddy manufacturing. We have had Sleep Number to our home six times this far, invested over 40 hours with their teams here at our home and over 20 on the phone and have yet to have a single person contact us from Sleep Number when they say they will. As an example, we had another service this Friday, December 22 and there was an issue. A supervisor from Sleep Number corporate said they were open until 830 and we would get a call back. Today, the 27th, five days later, I had to call them again and was on with them for over 2 hours with zero resolution. Their efforts to satisfy their customers is pathetic after the sale. Additionally, their delivery crews ripped off the back gate of our patio during one of their bungled installation attempts. Instead of informing us, they propped a patio bench against the gate and left without saying a word. And we have yet to hear from them regarding that damage and the other damage done to our property. Regardless as to the issues, the time and the total lack of customer service, the one thing that resonates is theanner in which their supposed Executive Team handles our issue. With all the time wasted trying to have the issues caused by their shoddy delivery and inferior.product.design, type Executive Team member, Diamond, offered a stipend to placate us. What's worse is that weeks after their paultry offer was received in writing, once again they have disappeared. No calls, correspondence or reply to our inquires. There is no way we would recommend this company as their services across the board have been abysmal. Buyer beware!
I came here for an "insider appreciation event". Everyone here was happy to answer all my questions. I looked through the different kinds of bed sheets available, and I learned about the differences between them. They gave me a free gift for being a customer. It's a USB powered humidifier. I like the sleep number bed. It's very comfortable.
If interested in a Sleep Number mattress, ask for Ashley. She's very knowledgeable about the brand and product offerings & her customer service is 10/10. Couldn't have asked for a better buying experience.
An early morning weekday, wife and I walk in and cheerfully greeted by Ashley. Very nice young woman, knowledgeable and patient. Happy with our purchase and experience.

Walked into the store and was immediately told not to go near the beds because I was holding a drink. Poor customer service, just moved into a new place was looking to buy a mattress didn't even want to look at them after this rude greeting.
Mary was awesome! She was extremely thorough and made my wife and I very comfortable by not using cheap and sales tactics. She did an amazing job! She is an awesome representative of the Sleep Number company!!
The bed overall is pretty good, this location is fine this review is solely based on sleepnumber and the process in which they deal with maintenance and warranty with the bed. One would expect some pretty good customer service when purchasing something so expensive, but purchase this bed and you’ll have the worst customer experience ever. My bed was about 2 months passed the 1 year warrantygiving for a $4k+ bed and I had my first issue and a piece was not working and I had to order another one. At first finding out I was passed the warranty sucked, then finding out the 1 part I need is going to cost me over $150. The best part is you have to wait on hold for 30+minutes to speak to a SleepNumber rep who will then inform you that they will not help You with the repair but instead a company named Leggett & Platt willthe next nightmare. I processed to call Leggett & Platt and waited over 1 hour to finally get someone on the phone and order the piece. Now after I order the piece I’m informed that they will have to outsource yet another company for someone to come install it .. and the installation price $250 .. beyond ridiculous. Purchase at your own risk I just wish my sleepnumber Rep informed me of this before purchasing because they did not I think this would steer a large number of customers away.
