The 3 ladies running this place really seem to be very much aware of the importance of their customers. They were attentive, friendly and concerned about peoples' needs. The Santa Fe Burrito was very nicely done, as was the accompanying latte. The atmosphere is reminiscent of a coffee house, relaxed, informal and welcoming. Prices are also very friendly.
Joyce, who makes and sells unique coffee cup cozies there, is a bundle of energy and a delight to talk with.
I highly recommend this place for breakfast or lunch.

Has been my favourite coffee shop since 2012! Their brand of coffee is one of the few that isn't harsh on the stomach. The food is excellent! My personal favourite is the Calico Club.

We stopped into Simply Sublime while driving to the Olympic Peninsula. Our coffee drinks were made incorrectly and the espresso tasted burnt. Service was haphazard, with the drinks taking a long time to make with no other customers around and multiple people running around behind the counter without actually seeming to do anything. Would not recommend unless there are no other options.

The employees are always wonderful and willing to help you pick something delicious, if you can't seem to decide. The food is really good! Very home-cooked vibe. Codie is such a sweetheart and always helpful. Amazing.

My first time here and I ordered the Nutty Blonde. Amazing drink, so delicious! The staff was friendly and my drink was ready in minutes! Will be making this a regular spot to work away from home.
