They are very hit or miss with regards to mobile orders. They're a relatively busy Starbucks so during peak work hours, I opt to do a mobile order and pick up inside under the guise that would be better than waiting in the long line of cars. This location has more times than not, totally disregarded my mobile order . Today I was ignored when I walked to the counter but when a tall blonde walked in, they miraculously were able to greet and serve her despite me patiently waiting. If picking up a mobile order you basically have to yell at them like a hooligan, be a white blond lady, or just skip this location all together and save time and money..

The only reason I give it 4 stars is due to the drive thru. You can't get close enough to the window without hitting the building, there is always a huge line. So you tend to be in the way of passerbys. Otherwise, they are consistent with all other Starbucks.

What a great crew! Excellent customer service, super clean restaurant and lots of fresh choices. Nothing but good things to say about this Starbucks location.
