They won't be willing to correct their mistakes, expect a hassle.   Double check the math TWICE.  Make sure the same cost was not added to more than one line item on your invoice.  Always clarify whether they have presented you with the least or most costly option available.  Verify that the rep actually gives you the credits you are rightfully owed.  Make sure you are not charged for upgrades that you never asked for.  If you have to keep sending the quote back because it doesn't match what you discussed, that's a red flag.  They won't keep or honor their word, so know that going into it and be prepared for disappointment.

Product was nice but just about everything possible went wrong. Going on almost three months now and still waiting for the project to be completed. Not thrilled
