They should be locked up for insurance fraud. I had five CT's since November 2020, the fifth one showed me covered in cancer. It had been growing and spreading. Now on hospice, won't any attorney take it, guessing they have them paid off.i bet there are a lot more people done this way.
Paid everything from some appointments, but they insist they're separate in billing, that I never paid them, and just sent it to collections. Could have just given me a phone call, but that's alright.
I have four different bills in Collections and I never received a bill. The amounts are ridiculous. I could have easily paid $20 bills off if I would have known. Now, I have four collection accounts on my credit.
I have found myself in the exact same position as the previous reviewer. I have just received a letter in the mail for a medical bill that was sent to collections, and I never even received the bill. I have tried to contact Singing River Radiology, and there was no one to answer, and I was unable to leave a voicemail. There is only one person working there, and she is apparently part time. I work very hard to keep my credit clean, and this is unacceptable especially for a bill that is $18.
Received a bill from their collections agency first bill received from a service in January 2019 so less than 5 months. Not professional at all. Called office and there was a message that she only works part time and to call another 800 number. Calling 800 number now but not very happy to have a collection agency contacting me as first request for paying a bill.
I wouldn't give them one star. Maybe a minus 10 stars. If you are going to bill someone, SEND A BILL! PUT IT ON THE MY CHART PAGE! I am going to sue these people.
