Ordered a  pizza on line and the first confirmation I received said delivered by 7:58pm, and the second confirmation I received said 60 - 70 minutes.  I place the order around about 6:30pm. Had to call Sir pizza and he said that the driver  said it looks like no one is home. The driver was beeping in when I was talking to the guy at the store. He ask what's your address again , and I told him so he says they wrote the wrong address down. However,  how could it looks like no one is home if you're at the wrong address.  Finally received the pizza and I wasn't surprise it was COLD! they wanted to take the pizza back and redo it and, I would have to wait 45 more minutes. They agreed to give five dollars off my next order. NEVER AGAIN!!

New circle rd: manager was extremely rude to my husband while he was making his order on the phone. He was asking about pricing and the manager said, “can you call back later when you decide what you want to do? We’re busy” and then hung up. I called back to give customer feedback and let them know we would be taking our business elsewhere. He was very defensive and then dismissed me by trying to put me on hold because he had two other callers on the line! What a shame, because the pizza is so delicious. We will not support poor customer service. I was looking forward to this pizza all week.

Sir pizza always has ur food redy and hot right on time when you call one in to pic up or to have deliverd they gave me a extra large pizza for the price of a large my first time visting them since i was passing threw lexington from my home thats two hours away and i had never had or been to a sir pizza. They were so nice and polite and i had a great exsperence and the pizza was to die for loved it cant wait to have it there again some time.
