I've been coming here since the 80s. Used to be an awesome place to go. But in the last year or so it has just gone to the dumps, literally....
Service is awful. It looks and smells dirty. Nothing is updated. 
Where is Julia?? She was the best waitress!! 
We love their pizza but this place is the pits.

We ordered a dessert that was the equivalent of cheesesticks covered in chocolate chips. We thought we ordered chocolate chip cookies...when we called to tell them what we received the person on the line said "yes, that's the dessert we provide. I didn't explain it because you didn't ask." We didn't think we had too ask...

The people where polite and welcoming but this was my first time to a Sir Pizza location. My sister said that Sir Pizza is good. So we tried the one while shopping for Halloween 🎃, sadly the pizza was soggy with almost an inch of grease just on top of the pizza. Heart-attack waiting to happen. We didn’t finish it all and we had to take 20 napkins to dry it off before we could eat it. 
Other than the pizza dripping. The people who where there was really nice. 
Be easy on the grease please. 💦

Terrible service on multiple occasions.  Called on Christmas day and they just picked up and hung up several times. I understand it might be busy, but I'd still expect to not be hung up on.

We go here every Christmas but today was sad. They wouldnt turn the tv on so it was completely quiet. There was black stuff in out drinks and he tried to overcharge us 25 dollars! The pizza was great! Just not what we are use to when we go!
