I've been coming to this location for a while and I've never had a bad experience. My food is always exactly how I ask. They staff is very polite. The food is amazing! My favorite this here is the Ancient Grain salad that comes in the fall.

For some reason I wasn't told my total on my last visit. It was a little higher than I expected. That's my only complaint. That's it. This place is great. It's a Panera. Don't expect much more, but this is still a great location. It's separated enough from the road that you can sit outside and enjoy it, and the inside is very cozy with a lot of seating space. The WiFi is fast and free and there is a generous and understandable time limit during peak hours at the store. It's efficient. I've never gotten an incorrect order or had an employee be rude to me here, and I've worked across the street at the Kroger for about 3 years. I come over here for lunch or breakfast and I've always been very satisfied.

Love this Panera. Very fast, friendly staff, and great food! We come here at least once every visit to Kentucky, and have never had any issues with this location. It's one of the things we look forward to from the moment we leave Texas. Only one thing I would change... The male bathroom is VERY cramped, and honestly awkward... Go to the urinal, you'll understand.

Friendly service every time!!!! And my order is always correct, no mistakes. The employees seem like they really enjoy their job and are always smiling and happy.
