I had the most wonderful experience recently at Sissy's.  As someone who works retail, I'm always mindful of customer service.  I was not disappointed!  I stopped in, initially, to check out the place...I've always heard how wonderful it is.  I was not in the market to purchase, mind you.  To Joe Cook, that did not matter a bit!  He spent a good deal of time with me:  giving me a tour of the store, showing me each brand and just getting to know me.  You can now count me a customer!  What impressed me most was Joe's knowledge!  He knows his stuff and enjoys passing it along to others!  It seems to me that at Sissy's, the customer, regardless of wallet size, comes first, and I like that!  Joe Cook and his staff are there to HELP you find what's right for you!

Awesome store!  Great selection of jewelry and if you can't find exactly what you want, their staff will work with you to create your dream. I trust Sissy's with all my jewelry repairs. When I needed a battery for my gold watch I went to Sissy's knowing they would have the expertise to handle the watch with care.  I was not disappointed. Friendly, helpful staff no matter what your budget. Thanks Sissy's & Staff!
