I stopped in here because they're having a liquidation sale as they're expanding their showroom. The people there were really friendly but even with up to 70 percent off I thought their prices were way way too much.  I saw other people in there that were very happy though but as for me I like to shop for the best deals and I didn't think this was it.  They did have really good quality items for sale though.

I have purchased all of my wife's jewelry from Carter's Jewel Chest over the last several years. They have beautiful pieces at extremely fair prices. What keeps me coming back to Carter's is the amazing staff that greets you at the door with a smile, and a hug when you leave! Everyone is extremely friendly and more than knowledgeable about the products that they carry. I have loved every experience in their store an highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase fine jewelry or gifts for their loved ones. Thank you Carter's!

Greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Very clean nice atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Chris went over and beyond to help us make the perfect decision. Highly recommend Jewl Chest for making your next purchase.

The staff at the Jewel Chest is always friendly, professional and glad to help with your selection of jewelry. Whether a large investment or something casual and less expensive, they spend the time with each customer to ensure they are happy with their purchase. I am from San Antonio and always make a mandatory visit to The Jewel chest  when I visit my mom here. Their outstanding customer service makes me a client for life. Donna

I went into the store to transact business.  We were in need of visiting with Chris Carter who was out of the store for the day.  We left items at the store and we were going to make another trip to town the next day to complete the transaction.  But we received a call from the store because they contacted Chris so that he could evaluate the items.  We were able to pick up a check before leaving town saving a trip the following day. They are high quality, always helpful and courteous.  I won't do business with any other jewelry store. Thanks Carter's
