I didn’t think to ask the young mans name but I was overly impressed w his customer service skills.  The receipt says it was sales person 75631.   I was in the store for an hour buying things for me and my grandsons.  He was kind, polite and helpful and even called another store for me!!! I highly recommend this location just because of the service!   ( look for the young black guy w dreads).

Alway buy one get one 50% off. This is the ONLY place I buy my kids shoes. The staff has been helpful every time I come in and they ensure I get the best sale/discount/deal, including military discount!

Dwain, terriance and jarrad at skechers #454 in harvey la hats off to u guys great customer service skills, very pleasant, helpful and wonderful smiles something u don't see when going in stores these days our young people do not have people skills these days but theses 3 beautiful young peoples do my husband had a stroke and need a wide shoe jarrad really tried to help him find a brown wide shoe we didn't but he really tired web site and at other store dwain came from bk while we was trying on shoe said hello asked did we need help and told us bout sale when we checked out he was at register and still very pleasant and helpful terriance just her greeting when we walked in and walking up to us smiling asking did we need help no yelling at us from across a room with a mean look on face like some employees does at other store's thanks u guys u showed great team work and skills ohhh the popcorn was great and the sale was too we left store with two pair of shoes and a pair of sock

Every time I have gone to this location the customer service is great. I cant say enough good things about their staff. Today the nice gentleman working walked me to my car because I was nervous about some people that were loitering in the parking lot. Awesome customer service!!
