I have been in here twice and they have not had my size in the boots I wanted. They offer to order them for me, but it is essential to try them on before you buy. They also reminded my of the price when I asked to try on a pair of on which was a turn off and not very classy. The staff did not seem to know their product as good as they should.

Love the shoes I've bought here! Great selection and way better than buying online and guessing my size for brands that are new to me. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff

I went into this store with heel pain. They sold me arch supports which felt great. I went out with them in my boots that night. The next morning my knees were swollen. Suddenly, I had such horrible knee pain I had to start seeing an orthopedic surgeon and going to physical therapy. I had been training for a 1/2 marathon and had to take several weeks off. I never recovered. I had to walk the last two miles of my half marathon because of the excruciating knee pain. I live in Texas so I went to a store near me. They told me I should have been given a wearing schedule to break in the arch supports. Needless to say, I hadn't been given said schedule. They also would not refund my money. They told me I needed to contact the New Orleans store. I tried and they never responded. Now I'm out $500.00 and have ongoing knee pain!

The staff were all incredibly helpful and kind. Shoes were cute and comfortable. I'll definitely be back!
