Easy to set up for birthday packages. Parents love having a space and time for little ones to jump without worrying about the bigger kids knocking anyone over. The birthday package was pretty much all inclusive. It was fairly early at 9 am but sugaring up the kids with cake that early counts as breakfast, right? :) The staff were very friendly and made all the kids feel comfortable. They offered water for the parents and checked in with us throughout to make sure things were going well. Highly recommend.

Very nice looking place but the line took forever, and then was redirected to the computers to register and lost my place. Then had to wait through another line while others cut! They could easily rearrange it so people come to the computers first. At this point, really don't care if the kids have fun.

I would first like to say THANK YOU to the staff. Most of all I would like to give a personal note of Thanks to Rocco he is a manager at this location wasn't scared to jump in and interact with the whole family. AWESOME AWESOME PERSONALITY. Also a heart felt thanks for the both staff members who came to the room and had everything that little girl Angel that hurt her leg the magic juice...(slushie) sure helped.. I personally on here wish I could give Thanks to the staff by name on here for the above and beyond the whole team they welcomed the last minute birthday party and made me feel like I was welcome and we were just one happy fun bouncing around family. THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH!!! My daughter said thank you all as well Date 1/31/17...awesome staff

Not cheap, but well talen care of (clean, well staffed) and a nice alternative fun for kids

Great place for kids and always fun. On Fridays they have Glow night where the only lights are black lights so you have to wear white or neon (they have shirts to buy also) and there is also karaoke. The kids had a blast!
