Lacking professionalism. I understand that this is an estblishment for children, but it's inappropriate for the referees to participate in the games when there are smaller children around who he is stumbling over. The younger staff should be held more accountable to their actions.

Yesterday our son had his birthday party at this Houston location. Our cart was left unattended by the personnel and I personally asked a couple of boys that were not with our party to step back from it because they were going through presents. As a result: 1. my son's shoes that I put on the cart myself are gone 2. one of the presents is gone ( I saw a certain guest putting it there and it was not on the cart later) Also, the personnel never gave the birthday boy the shirt he was promised. Moreover, the package we purchased included cups/plates/spoons, etc. It was NOT provided. I brought cutlery with me just in case and we had to use it because the location did not have cups it in our party room. Whenever I was trying to seek the help of the personnel at this Sky Zone location they were extremely apathetic. We were extremely disappointed with the service quality, especially considering it is not the cheapest birthday party location.

Took 5 kids 4 adults there today to celebrate my nephews birthday. My 3 year old daughter was hurt because of older kids (literally double bounced her and she flew 4 feet high and landed on her face) on the toddler (A) area. After asking two employees why there were no monitors watching this area they went to "speak to a manager" he then continually walked past us no matter how loud I spoke to him he didn't hear me apparently. Only to have my daughter hurt again!!! The same two kids who's parents were no where to be seen!!! So again. I stopped someone because at this point an adult was ALSO jumping in this small area which is unacceptable! My 30 pound toddler along with the ones smaller than her are no match for a 8-10 year old child with no respect or home training. the manager NEVER showed his/her face. We stopped bouncing 30 minutes prior to our time being discontinued because of this!!! Meanwhile, these kids time lot stickers say (C) and their time was expired by 45 minutes! So I am assuming the parents were aware and since clearly no one in this establishment cares for the safety of our children they decided to unleash their brats on the toddlers! So TWO employees went to find their manager. ZERO managers showed their face. AND we were forced to stop our fun because these kids decided to take over a area that wasn't not for them because they were kicked out of everywhere else. Meanwhile, my oldest (the 14 year old) went to the foam block area right next to the toddlers (A) court and TWO employees were standing there and one asked what he was up to the other said "I'm only hear because some lady keeps bitching" my kids heard this language by your employees talking about ME! My daughter has "carpet" burn on her face and knees because she was flown across the tarp by a kid 3 times her size! This is UNACCEPTABLE! This is the FIRST AND LAST time I will ever support this establishment. I had high expectations and sadly they weren't even remotely exceeded. The bigger kids enjoyed themselves. But my two small ones had a horrible time and cried most of the time spent there because they were being bullied by bigger kids whom was on the toddler area. Why???? My question to this company is why??? Why was it that EVERY single area had someone monitoring this except the area that needed protection the most? Why!!! I don't understand this. And for your employee to say this loud enough my oldest and middle children came up to me and told me what they heard not knowing this was about me DISGUST me! So if your manager knew and failed to fix the issue I for one advise you do more training either way it goes. But maybe you should re evaluate who you hire to begin with. Also, I spoke to the kids several times as I never left my child alone in that section. We stood on the side line and monitored as best as we could however they'd just continue with no remorse.

We waited a while to be checked in even though there were two employees standing at the desk. One of them told us she doesn't check customers in; she was just standing there. Once we go in the jumping area, each child had to stay in one square and most areas were blocked off. I just don't think the price is worth the jump, save your money and go somewhere else.
