The staff over here is ridiculous, I'm just waiting to be done with my lease. The place is infested with roaches and rats, toilets don't work, cabinets break easily, they never give a new carpet... the carpet has mold all over it we told them to wash it at least they always give us dates and never come to wash it NEVER WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!!!!

The new manager and and staff are suck, they increase rent for no reason but don't care about maintenance in their apartments, you request for maintenance and they never show up, will keep calling every day,they would say apologize for that, we are short of maintenance crew, it's not a good excuse, they getting paid their rent on time, and don't care about their residents, a few residents complaint to wilkings management regional manager, but they don't care either, my request to all residents, there is fair housing (DC) complaint phone# in the management office wall , so get that and call on them so can be fixing their problems with their tenants or will get out of the business, it's very important to do call and complaint your concerns about these crook people.

The maintenance don't know how to fix anything , they come almost a month after requested or do half of job n come back 3 weeks later. I have a beehive by my window , i have 3 months of requesting to remove it , every time i call they tell me they are going to put it down for the exterminator to go and remove it , no one ever goes to fix anything . the beehive still there. So basically you are on your own here.

I set an appointment thru Park Villages' corporate office which was presented on Apartment guide. I did this despite the reviews on here to get my own feel for the place. Jenny is, of course, who helped me in the office. She was rude which makes the apartments look bad. On top of that she said, you can't have ANY misdemeanors. I told her tickets are misdemeanors. She said, you can't have ANY. Needless to say, I laughed as I walked out. I think once they get better staff in the office, they might get more business. I didn't look into the apartments any further due to her rude attitude. If u don't like ur job pick another profession that doesn't deal with helping people.

Property management are THIEVES. they NEVER fix anything. I would NEVER suggest anyone to move into these stupid ass apartments with their stupid faculty. I wish i could give them a negative 5.
