Awesome place for kids and for the people who love parkour and gymnastic you can get a awesome time in there..and have fun ( ՞ټ՞)

The small area for little kids is up to age 7. It is ridiculous that 6/7 year olds are allowed to cross with toddlers and pre-schoolers. They run around really fast and play dodgeball with absolutely no regard to the smaller children around them. Not impressed with this place. The birthday parties are also mixed with the regular admission people.

We had a kid's birthday here. The facility itself is nice, lots of fun activities with trampolines, with an added variety factor (trampoline basketball, volleyball, dodgeball), swinging rope, and mechanical bull. But for birthday parties, they need to rethink what they're doing. They were understaffed the day we were there, so I had to chase someone down every time I needed something. They didn't have enough staff to supervise all the play areas, so we lost a lot of time waiting on one area to empty to open up the next. The most absurd thing is that they don't allow external food or drink, but their own offering is very limited (no food; sodas, water and Gatorade for drinks). They don't even have cups, so with kids you end up with a ton of quarter to half drank sodas or gatorade bottles! They only order you pizza in advance, so if your guests don't eat it or if you don't order enough, tough luck...no food for them. The kids did have fun but I won't be holding another birthday there.

Good place to take a kid and let them wear themselves out.  They have a section for 7 and below and my kids tired themselves out.  I took my in-laws who just watch  and the entire day out only cost $13. Would of been five stars but the need to clean the place a bit better.

I went here and ordered a 25 piece chicken nugget meal, and the cashier working at the drive thru didn't even take my order. I waited 75 minutes and my order still wasn't taken at the drive thru. I came here to enjoy a good American meal with my grandparents from Bangladesh, but I got nothing but problems from Jump Street. Either start serving your customers at the drive thru, or just uninstall the drive thru from the establishment. Pathetic
