The room was super fun and not impossible. I loved how our ‘Game Master’ Eddie gave actual clues and, not just telling us what we had to do next. It was 4 of us and we managed to escape with about 2-3 minutes left on the clock. Lots of fun, I cannot wait to do another.

Great customer service and amazing staff.  The atmosphere and rooms are top notch.  Our second time here the Runaway Subway room had two major glitches that required a manager to come in to reset some of the clues and a door while we were in there.  We talked to the front desk about the technical issues with the room and we were so impressed with how they handled everything that we just booked another room for today.  I'm very impressed with Shannon and Will's customer service at Escape Room Live Georgetown and we'll be bringing friends here more often.

Great activity for large or small groups! We went for a company party and it was a fantastic activity for folks who didn't know each other for the +1s.

We participated in two rooms, Titanic room and Friday the 13th. They were challenging (especially Titanic) but not impossible, and overall a great time.

The location is also stocked w a full bar, and large groups are able to bring in their own food/catering.

Did "The Curse of the Mummy" escape room as a group. Every one had a great time. There is a large meeting area to wait comfortably for your party to arrive and room to be ready. There is a bar serving beer, wine and sodas. Free lockers to store your stuff. Photos not allowed in the escape room itself.

My group did the Titanic themed escape room. I have done one other escape room before and this one seemed less mentally engaging. It could have just been my team, but it felt like some of the puzzles we had to figure out were just frustrating to do, even after we figured out what we needed to do. For example (although I won't give anything specific away) one task required very accurate pressing of a mechanism, and we knew how we needed to press it, but we failed multiple times because it was just too tricky to do right. Other than issues like that, our staff member who gave us clues was lovely, and the atmosphere was nice.
