Pros Beautiful building, Nice location, and nice staff. The cons are barely no free parking, very expensive to live here, alot of construction noise, small apartments, thin walls between the apartment rooms, and the park across makes the area chaotic. The only reason why I moved out was I could get a townhouse for the same price as this place and have three times the room. Also the townhouse I moved to also has association so I don't have to mow any lawn or snow plow ether. So if you're rich and want a very nice fancy place this is the place you should go, but if you're poor like me this place is not for you

I had a negative experience with this apartment complex and would not recommend them. The noise level is high, paint fumes are difficult for those with health problems and the rent is high. Best to look for an actual home to rent.

I've lived a lot of places and travel often. This is the safest community I've resided. The staff are helpful, friendly, respectful, understanding and just plain awesome! As a resident there are incredible amenities that I love using every day including the gym, sauna, hot tub, pool. community room among others. Of course you pay for it and it's worth every penny. The underground parking garage in the winter is a bonus because you never have to worry about or deal with snow. Maintenance is on top of things and while location to Minneapolis might be a problem for some the features and benefits of being a resident out weigh the 20 minute drive to the cities. Every month management hosts a get together of residents and provides food and drinks getting to meet, interact and connect with your neighbors both online and in person is a plus. I've lived dozens of places and there's nothing that compares to Skye. Great location. Great management. Great amenities. 

P.S. I never leave reviews so don't take the 5 stars or this review lightly it is truly a great place to call home!

My wife and I have lived in the Skye at Arbor Lakes apartments for over a year now.  From the very beginning we have been extremely happy with our decision to live here.  The management team has always been very helpful and cooperative in handling our requests and suggestions. This is a first class community that will be our home for years to come. Our grandkids also love it here as there is always something to do with all of the amenities in our community as well as the new Central Park of Maple Grove being right across the street.  We happily give Skye at Arbor Lakes five stars.

Nice enough place but don't expect much from management, Last night we have family come over and chitchat in the clubhouse at 9:57 PM we about the leave and fat guy walks in turn off all the lights and he said close at 10 PM the guy is so rude and disrespect.we are disappointed with management 👎
