Don't go to the Pomerleau team if you don't want an excellent experience. My husband and I are first time home buyers and we assumed it'll take us at least a year to find our home. Turned out it only took us about two weeks! The process went extremely smooth with Matt. He is highly knowledgeable and we highly recommend going through him. Just go and meet the guy, the dude is hilarious! Great sense of humor too. You also get to use their moving van free of charge. Now quit reading these five star reviews and go see them right now!

Pomerleau Realty seems a top notch above and beyond the rest of the company's I have dealt with. The Realtor's seem to be very well informed (Amanda) of the market trends. They have a very good selling strategy as well. They were able to sell my house in the first day, above asking price. As well as find me the house of our dreams.

Pomerleau is an awesome Real Estate Team!  We worked both with the selling and buying side of Pomerleau.  Bryan and Ryan and their teams were always available for questions, friendly, honest.  Didn't tell us what they thought we wanted to hear.  Presented all of our options and let us decide, never felt pushed into anything.  They all exceeded our expectations all around.  Would definitely recommend anyone to at least talk with them, if not go with them, you won't be disappointed.

Pomerleau team did a great job with selling my home. I accepted an offer within 2 days upon my house going up for sale. Excellency job! However on the buying side there were some misunderstanding with my agent and I. Also the agent seemed to be too busy and she wasn't able to accommodate me with showings except only on select days which doesn't help a lot because of my work schedule. Other wise everything went smooth.
