Skythrills was an amazing experience that is something to be on a bucket list for sure.  It was totally worth the money for the Ultimate Thrill Ride experience.  Michael, the owner and pilot, was super cool and totally into his job and profession.  He and Zach, also a pleasure to work with, walked me through safety and instructions and then Michael and I got into the plane and shortly after take off I was in control.  I can't explain enough how surreal it is and how much I look forward to doing something with them again when I return to Los Angeles.  If you're looking for something epic and memorable to do, this is definitely it.

Amazing time with Mike in the Waco biplane. This is a must do if you are in the area. Mike and the whole crew were great. He let me fly almost the entire time as we flew down the coast. Great experience.

Blew away my expectations; quite possibly the coolest thing I have ever done in my life. I flew a stunt plane and performed aerobatic maneuvers. The plane has controls for both passengers, and the instructor(Mike) does a good job of explaining everything.  I did rolls, flips, spins, hammerheads, flying upside down and a few more things, all with Mike guiding me. And I've never flown or have even been in a small aircraft prior to that day. I have not stopped talking about this experience since I landed back on earth, and all I want to do is go back up in the sky.

This adventure was a gift from my wife for my 35th Birthday.  Mike was a very informative and skilled pilot that gave me confidence when flying for the first time. We flew between Catalina and the Long Beach container terminals doing aerobatic  maneuvers. At the end of our flight we flew over the terminals of Long Beach which gave a whole new perspective to the size of ships I work on.
Thanks Mike for a experience of a lifetime!
