It has been a while since I had been here. Liked the new menu. They don't have the build your own burger on the tables anymore, but if you as the server they can bring you the list. Mike the manager me and my friends met was friendly and let me know about the build your own list. Really glad I was able to come here again.

Candidly my lunch at Slater's 50/50 was just ok. Neither bad or good ... kinda right in the middle ... 50/50. I ordered the first burger on the menu which is a bacon cheese burger. Thinking this would be the perfect canvas for Slater's to illustrate their bacon wizardry on and it fell flat. It looked great but had no magical flavor. In fact the bun was a genuine let down. I'd expect the flavor of the burger patty would outshine anything on the plate. Nope, that was my lasting impression ... A crumbly chalky bun (guys toast, steam, butter the bun, anything would help). The service was pretty weak as well. Ending on a positive note the fried pickles were tasty!

Stopped in with a couple friends around 8pm on a Tuesday night. The restaurant/bar was fairly empty so you would think service would have been pleasant and timely... Not the case. We waited without any greeting for a while before getting a table and drinks/food took a very long time. They were remodeling so the restaurant wasn't looking it's best yet. They did not have all the beer advertised on their menu so the waitress had to come back a couple times to get other options and one of our food orders came out wrong. They corrected the order and food tasted good in the end, but service should have been better throughout our experience and I am hesitant to go back.

Great food, great service. You wouldn't think much of it from outside, unassuming. Inside is homey and the staff are pleasant. When we came in the owner was up front seating. He looked disheveled and his shirt was wet. The man was washing dishes and i respect that. Would eat here again any day. My husband and sister recommend the pb and j burger, says it was delicious. I forgot what I ordered but it was also good. Love the fries

My favorite place to eat custom hamburgers at the best prices in Southern California. A large menu with fantastic food of all kinds but their burgers are what have made them famous. They are 50/50 burger is half beef and half bacon and from there you totally customize it. There are many other kinds of burgers as well plus incredible salads many other menu items and appetizers and some amazing desserts. This is an upscale Sports Bar restaurant where the whole family is welcome. A fantastic beer selection as well always ice cold.
