This specific islands was a great place to stop and eat (being it was my first time to this specific one) As soon as i walked in i was helped (despite there host calling out sick) servers and waitresses were on top of everything. We were helped and served right away. The staff is freindly and very considerate there always making sure that your taken care of. There food was great, I would come here again for sure.

Normally very good. However this visit the service was horrible. Gave me the wrong hamburger.  By the time they replaced it everyone else in the party was done with they're meal. Burger was very rare,asked for we'll done. Refill of French fries never showed up.

Gourmet burgerd with a lack of flavor. They seemed to try and make them healthy even though its a burger joint. Not a fan but it isnt terrible

Even when food is forgotten, they are still genuine about being behind. Positive side in 10 years I've never had bad food at Island's, ever, anywhere. I'll overlook a white lie.

I have loved Islands for years, I have been to this location a couple times recently and the food is the same as to be expected, I love the quesadillas. 

I have found the service to be lacking, it is great when they are around and can be flagged down, but when they hide in the back... and everyone else has an attitude of "not my table" it is disappointing. 

I prefer the regular videos on the TVs of surfers and the like, as opposed to whatever game is on or the news. When I go out, I want to get away from the world, and go to the Islands, not eat a burger and watch CNN, I could do that at home, and I grill a pretty good burger.
