This is certainly a unique experience in my book. The food is like nothing I've ever had! Mostly vegetables and sauces that you eat by tearing off pieces of crepe and using it to pick up the food. This was only on the large combo plate - we saw other tables that had dishes that came with silverware. Overall the service wasn't very good as it was rather slow (we waited about 25 minutes for our carryout order after finishing our dine-in meal, got our appetizer before our water, etc.), but if you're looking for some tasty and interesting food, this is the place for you!

Holy cow was I impressed! I ordered through Grub hub, and used the 35% off special. I had never had Ethiopian food before so I didn't really know what to expect.

What I got was blown away! The food was spicy but not too spicy (just how I like it!) And absolutely DELICIOUS! Highly recommended!

Delicious food! Very good flavors. First time eating Ethiopian cuisine, not sure why I waited so long. This was a great first try. Beware: Big portions! Come hungry. Friendly Owner suggested a sampler plate and it was loaded with so much good food. We loved it all! We also had lamb and it was so good, not gamey at all. I normally don't enjoy lamb but this was delicious. I took home a box and made two more meals of our leftovers. Great to see more exotic resturants like this opening up in Johnson County.

Every thing about our meal was perfect. They were having a buffet and that was nice and reasonably priced too. The food was very good and the service excellent. I do not give 5 stars often but they deserved it

We always enjoy going here for a change of pace to get some culturally different tasting food.  Always really good.  If you haven't been here, then put this on
 your list for the next time you go out to eat somewhere.
