I saw Dr. Hovey at his office in Dothan. I had almost no wait time. The receptionist was cheerful and able to multitask. The doctor was checked in and listened to what I said. I am a complex patient and believe Dr. Hovey may be the right choice and acedemically up to the challenge. I wasn't impressed with the decor. Too much gray. The chairs were uncomfortable. But I am not going there to sit and admire the decor. The important components were there.

I just love Dr Hovey he has been one of the first doctors in a long time to actually take the time to make me feel like he is really concern about all my health issue without making me feel like this pain I feel everyday is real and not in my head and he reall

Personally I am not impressed with this clinic the thing I think is wrong with it is the doctor is just trying to ride out his time to put his time in and move on. They do not follow up on tests or listen to what you are telling them is going on with your body. They are more concerned about getting you in and out. I have to have pain meds they make me drive 50 miles (this round trip) just to pick up a prescription then I have to go get it filled. I have been telling the doctor something isn't right but he just isn't really listening.
