I'm actually surprised with such negative feedback, my daughter has been going here since she was a newborn and I wouldn't choose any other place to go. If anyone asks, I always tell them she goes here and we love it. Her doctor is Dr. Grigg.

Pretty disappointed with Small World. My daughter with special needs has been through 3 doctors because of unknown reasons, they have seen more doctors in and out of there since she has been going there than I can count. The one doctor literally talked about herself during my daughter's entire visit for her eczema, then proceeded to tell me she was retiring soon so she wasn't "into her job lately". Then finally they got a new doctor that we liked, and before long, they transferred her out. For unknown reasons. The receptionist must be extremely stressed out all of the time, she seems to get upset with the simplest of questions. She is extremely rude EVERY time I call. If you don't enjoy working with the public and you don't enjoy your job, do everyone a favor and go find a new one. : ) And lastly, when they ask you for your child's medical records and every time you bring them, they have a new excuse as to why they can't make copies. It's just sad to see a business go from being somewhere you enjoy taking your child into somewhere where you feel the need to write a bad review. : (

Not impressive. The only reason we stayed as long as we did is because we requested to always see a Dr. for every appointment but I feel like their staff is still very "green". Wouldn't recommend.

Would no choose this place! They care only for their money. I called to reschedule my son's new client appointment, during the time slot they allotted us for, and they denied as well as informed me I was no longer allowed to bring him there. Their reason was "we waster the clinics time and money". I have NEVER heard of such a policy. Being a new resident of this state (2 weeks of being here) and a military spouse, their impression lead me to believe they care more for their ability to make money than to assist a family and give care to a child.
