We had a great experience with Kennan. He was organized, knew what he was doing and always had time to answer questions. He was quick too show us listings and point out positives and negatives. He made the experience easy and as stress free as possible. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good, honest and knowledgeable realtor.

We are very happy with our experience with Smart Moves Realty!  Kennen  Pyne listened carefully to what we were looking for and helped us find a wonderful home. He was very  knowledgeable about the area and homes we were looking at and he made sure we knew as many details as possible to help us in our decision. He pointed out pros and cons with each property that we might have overlooked. After we chose a home and began the process of buying it he explained all the complex legal items of purchasing a home in a way that we felt comfortable and well informed.   He stayed in close contact with us through the whole process so we knew where things were with the financing and disclosures and even followed up well after closing.   We highly recommend him and Smart Moves Realty!

Kennen is awesome to work with. I have used 3 other realtors before Kennen. He did more work for me than the other 3 realtors combined. I first met Kennen a year ago. He helped me sell my home in West Jordan. He helped me with a strategy for sale, made suggestions to help the home show better and talked/texted to me whenever I needed him. He has a lot of knowledge about home repairs, inspection items and saved me a ton of money helping me do the repairs myself. I got more for my home than I thought was possible. 

Next,  He helped me buy a lot, Plan a house to build and did everything possible to help make the build perfect. In the end, I decided that buying a home would be much more affordable than building because of rising building costs. So, Kennen is currently working on selling the lot for me. He is going above and beyond there too making cold calls to potential buyers and builders that may want to build spec homes, ETC. 

After I choose to quit the building process, Kennen helped me buy my new home. He spent hours researching homes that meet my picky criteria. Then he spent about 20 hours driving me around on a Friday and a Saturday to take me to over 25 homes, spread out between Eagle Mountain and Santaquin. Kennen will make sure you are confidant and know all the information possible to make the right choice. 

My relationship started out strictly business, now I would consider him a friend.

Kennen is very good to work with. He is thorough, hard working, easy to communicate with, knowledgable and honest. His years of experience helped us think through our choice in location and in the layout of our house. We had a great experience.

I recently moved to Utah from out of state after getting a job here and relocating. Because of the nature of my move, I got to Utah before I even started looking for homes. I reached out to Kennen and within the day I was getting houses that fit my budget and criteria, and not just homes listed on MLS either. Kennen and his team went the extra mile to help us find the perfect home for our budget and made the whole process easy and painless.

Since I don't have a lot of experience buying homes when I asked questions I got honest and valuable answers, even if the answer meant Kennen would received less commission. I know I'll be calling him again the day I choose to sell and when I'm looking for a new house. Awesome experience!
