I got my hair done by a lady named Denise, she did a very good job, any questions I had she helped answer them, there’s was no wait time. I went around 5:00 pm. They were very helpful and nice, she took her time and didn’t rush through it. I didn’t have any issues with my visit today.

I'm 50 years old and have NEVER officially complained about any hair service I've received. The stylist I had was sick and used inappropriate language for a professional. Her manager Amanda didn't seem to mind as she was more concerned about her makeup and hair and to see if she could get men from Walmart to look at her. Okay now on to the service. I had my hair cut and foiled highlights. The girl was so sick she had to excuse herself several times to take breaks. Once finished she styled my hair pulling it towards my face which I clearly stated I don't wear it that way. When I arrived home and brushed my hair away from my face I noticed 3 inches all the way around my face had NO highlights.  I asked for my hair to be layered all over.  Instead it looks I got a bowl cut. I could post a pic or you can look up "Moe" from the 3 Stooges.  I complained to my credit card immediately. The shop offered to fix it. I'd rather lose my money than for them to touch my hair ever again. They refused to give a refund as services were rendered if you want to call what I received services. I wish I could give 0 stars but not an option. Please go anywhere else. I thought the salon was convenient is why I went, but not cheap $90. Lesson learned and I hope I can save at least one person's hair from this review.

Worst service experience ever. The manager was blatantly rude and the stylist was inept at best. Also was lied to when I called to complain to a manager. I said I needed to speak to a manager and the "person" said they were until I started to complain. Avoid this place at all cost if you care about your hair.

Worst place ever I asked for a hair cut and I showed a pic more than one of what I wanted they had me pick something else couldn't and wouldn't do the cut I told them if they couldn't I would go somewhere .. The lady was really mean about the whole thing never never again and when I got home noticed there was a chuck of hair that wasn't even cut

I went there today about half hour before my movie started. I thought since I just needed a quick cut and there was 10 minutes of previews, I had time if there was no wait. I was told there wouldn't be. I saw one hairdresser who was with a man, and was told to sit around the corner where we could clearly watch her. In the 10 minutes I sat there, she had texted on her phone, stood in front of the guy and talked to him, kept looking up at the lady at the desk (who appeared busy) as she kept checking her phone, and combed the guy's hair about 3 times. No cutting had been done and I got the impression she knew the guy and wasn't the hardest working employee. My niece and I walked out and told the lady at the desk that her employee seemed too busy to cut hair. I regret not elaborating on what I meant now. I hope she watched her better after that though. Famous hair has better prices and more serious employees, so I'll be going to them tomorrow.
