Worst haircut I’ve ever had. Did not listen to me at all and acted like they were in too big a hurry to really care how I wanted to look. Will NEVER return.

I'm  sorry , but EVERYTIME I go to this salon I have a bad experience  . I've  been there twice and always something goes wrong. I went the first time and got a perm and color and it burnt my scalp pretty bad. If the beautician  would have warned me against it , I would have never asked for it. I had to go to the ER and get medicine for my scalp... the second time I went for a dye and it didn't get blended well with my hair so I went back to have the lady fix it and she said it would take it back to my normal color and now im a redhead.... my natural color is blonde. But the lady who did it was very polite we had a nice conversation and she was very informative...

Took my girls for a trim took 2 and a half hours which is no big deal but she barely took any hair off and there are crooked layers. I didn't notice until I was already home. We will not be going back.
