Need to figure out when your busy times are and staff accordingly! I sit in there for 40 minutes go from on deck to 25 minutes more minute wait! I won't be back terribly ran and no sense of urgency.

Probably the worst hair-cutting experience I've ever had. I showed the girl a picture of exactly how I wanted  my hair -- the picture was of me about three months prior -- and she basically gave me a buzz cut, despite how long my hair was in the picture. She never asked to look at the picture again, and it took my hair two months to reach the length I wanted it to be cut to. She also never said a word to me throughout the entire haircut. My head "massage" lasted all of about 30 seconds, and there was clearly no effort being made at all. I will not be returning to Sports Clips again.

I go in about 3 times a month and always have the same great service! Highly recommend Jenny! You won't be disappointed!
