This is by far the worst place to go get a cut. I took my son there because his barber was closed on Sunday. told the lady how he usually gets it cut. Right away she was rude and said oh no I can't do that. Was unprofessional. My son is 3 and had been getting his hair cut since before he was 1 years old , he knows to stay still. He has also been complemented on how still he is and good he does for hair cuts. The whole time she just kept saying don't move I got sizors in my hand.( For the record he wasn't moving) . His cut came out all crooked, she missed parts,and the line on the fade is still very visable. Its a verry choppy. And just a terrible cut all around. I will never go back to that place even if they are the only place open. I'll wait for his barber to open where I know he can get his normal cut he gets, that is not crooked, and they have great service.

Had a bad experience at this location. Not so much the cut, but the professionalism of one stylists, Terry. I took my 2 children at 645pm and you close at 8pm on a Friday, I get it, you want to go home, however your hours indicate 8pm. From the minute I checked in, Terry seemed very bothered and not happy to add us to the waiting list. Both my children have extremely long hair, all I wanted was a wash, & a simple trim (1inch). Terry made my 9yr old cry, PULLING not combing the tangles out after the wash. Not once did she ask her if she was OK. Again,I understand her hair is extremely long, but I can get the tangles out, and I am not a trained professional. I would expect the stylists be trained to deal with all types and textures of hair, clearly Terry wasn't trained or just didn't care. My daughter was still crying as we waited for my son, his stylist, Crystal asked if she was OK. My daughter thought it was her fault because her "hair is too long." Crystal has cut my son's hair before, and I'm pleased with her professionalism. Please, if you can't handle a certain type of client or hair length or texture please tell your customers. No one should have their children feeling bad about themselves or hair.

Worst haircut ever, not profesional at all. Call ahead to see how busy it was and they told me only one ahead of me, I got there like 5 mins after and there was only one person but it took almost 50min for my turn .
