Honestly, not that great. 

I liked my stylist, she was very personable and all, but honestly, the hair cut was not that great. I asked for a messy bob, and halfway through I mentioned that I wanted to be able to part it on both sides, so I wanted it to be even. I can understand if, at that point, she had said, "Oh, sorry, I've already made it kind of asymmetrical, is that okay or do you want me to fix it?" or something like that, but she really just put curl cream in there and sent me on my way. At first I liked it but later when I got home I realized that it was NOTICEABLY uneven around my face; the left side was a good inch shorter than the right side, and I had to fix it myself.  It also looks pretty choppy; the layers don't blend well into each other. I kind of feel like I just stepped out of the '90s. I'm very disappointed in this haircut, and I won't be going back.

Very good customer service, just very poor attention to detail. I went into the place with a 4 head and left with a 5 head and a lop sided line up. Other than that it was good.

I went in for a haircut and told the girl I didn't want it that short. I told her where I wanted it and she cut it EXTREMELY short. I am very upset with the way it came out. Very disappointed.
