The stylists don’t know how to cut hair properly unless it’s a buzz cut. If I could I’d give it 0 out of 5 stars.

Zero stars! Honestly, the worst haircut I have ever had in my life. New to town and decided to give them a chance. I had a pixie, I brought in pictures (every angle) of who I was styling my own pixie after and the stylist said no problem after looking at them for probably 20 sec. I'm suppose to have tapering in the back and close cut near my ears. The stylist unfortunately decided she would just buzz the back and sides to where now I look like I have a undercut instead of a pixie. She was very rough with her clipping to where she knocked one of my cartilage piercings out. I'm very dissatisfied and hate my hair in it's current state. Good thing is, it will grow back. In the meantime I will continue to wrap headbands around my hair until it grows out to where I can go in somewhere ELSE and hopefully get it fixed from this butchering. Lesson learned.

Rudest customer service I have ever had. I went in there telling a stylist how I wanted my hair, she said it's already growing out and your going to run into the same problem if you don't keep up with your shaved hair. Your better off letting it grow into a pony tail.

The customer service is pretty appalling. My first visit was just OK. The cut want great but it was acceptable. My second experience reinforced that I needed to stay far away from here.
