Way too long of a line and wait during the Christmas holiday. But still they have a great burger. The lady behind counter was great, effective and efficient. She deserves a raise as do the cooks and man telling the cooks what's up. Still long line that took 15 minutes to get my order in.

Been here several times now. Burgers are tasty and fries are good as well but greasy. It is expensive for a burger place, 2 double burgers, 1 fry and 2 small soft drinks will definitely be over $32.00. Line is always too long, overall service slow and everyone on the staff, at this location, looks like they hate their job! Save your money and go elsewhere.

Visit this place for the fist time after my daughter and her friend went a couple of weeks ago. The prior receipt has a buy one get 1 on the next vist which expired today.. We go out and order our food and the cashier told us we could not us the coupon on the expired date. ..Never heard of such a thing.. We walked out and went to Zing burger.

Overpriced, GREASY burgers and skimpy chicken sandwiches (anybody know if there is more than a single ounce of chicken per sandwich?). Flavors combinations are good, but overall value is lacking. Triple Double burgers are a case study in false advertising at this location. Snap a photo of the burger on the menu board and then a photo of what you get (get ready to laugh or get upset). A staff member admitted that they do not use their regular patties, only children's patties on this burger.

They make the burgers the way you enjoy them. That is the best part along with the sweet potato fries.
