Some of the food is delicious. Don’t get the wings, because they’re undercooked. They also just don’t have enough employees to keep up with all the orders. You have to wait too long for your food & then they keep messing up your order. It just takes too long to get everyone fed. It’s not their fault I blame the owner! They need to be held accountable for having too small of staff. There are ONLY 3 employees! Also the new mocha shake tastes weird & not right so don’t get that!

Ordered two avocado bacon club burgers and sweet potato fries, and there was no avocado or cheese on either burger, and the other toppings were so meager that it was basically a plain hamburger. But don’t worry we added our own ketchup….Probably not going here again.

Visited pretty close to closing time and it was pretty busy and we waited for a while. I ordered a double cheeseburger with bacon and a regular tater tot and a cookies and cream milkshake and my total was almost 19$…..OUCH  I was pretty full which is great. It was pretty good but definitely not the best. I would eat it again tho just the price isn’t worth it to me.

I ordered through Doordash. The entire bag containing my order was seemingly dropped in oil, as you can see from the dashers image as well as the ones I took immediately after receiving my bag. Most of the order was inedible. The burger wrapping was drenched, but saved some of the burger and what I could eat, was pretty tasty. Unfortunately what I could eat, was very little. Overall pretty disappointing, but I don't imagine every order goes out drowning in oil like this, at least I hope not.

I believe I have already rated Smash Burger but you should try them out. The owner had no idea that I knew she was the owner of the restaurant . She was down to earth and nice to have small talk with. Family enjoyed dinner there. You must try the Rosemary fries. Good kid menu. If the owner is reading this please bring back the A1 burger! I'll make sure to send you more business as I would appreciate business as a business owner as well.

It seems that Smashburger is struggling financially and may not make it.  We visited for a late lunch at about 2:00pm on Sunday. We originally tried another location first, but found that location was out of business.  We were the only customers in the restaurant when we arrived and only one other customer came in while we were there.  My wife ordered a single bacon smash burger with smash fries, while I ordered a single smash burger with smash fries.  The food arrived promptly and was hot. The fries were good, and the burgers themselves were good. My wife commented that the bacon didn't add much flavor.  While the food was good, the value was not. For a burger place, the price was quite steep. In this economy, there are better value burgers in the market.  My wife visited the restroom after our meal and discovered that there was no toilet paper and half of the restroom lights were out.

Best burger I’ve had from any of the burger joints. The actual burger was so flavorful and the bacon was crispy but not too over cooked. The angus BLT was on point and def recommend getting. The place was clean and smelled good. Also the women at the cash register was very nice and friendly.

Really liked the "smash" seasoning for fries and tots. The avocado burger was tasty although it was kind of small for the price. I've only been here once and I'll certainly come back to try other items.  The only thing that made my visit less than great was the lack of organization of personal which resulted in long wait and cold items. But it might have just been an off night.

The food was just okay…but, I expected the bean burger to be more solid. I’m about to straight up and put this in a tortilla. I got all crumbs for onion rings and definitely putting my fries in the air fryer. Definitely won’t have to worry about me ordering here again.

The restaurant is so dark that you would think it is closed from the outside. Once we ordered we sat and waited about 20 minutes just to get two burgers fries and two milkshakes. The milkshakes were seriously milky. The food was not very good. The avocado was smeared on only half of my burger and the whole thing was smashed and mushy. And everything is so pricey but the quality isn't there. It was a horrible experience compared to the time I visited a couple years ago. I won't be back.
