The woman at the window was very kind but im very disappointed that at 5 months pregnant I was served moldy bread. I was given a refund but I'm incredibly disappointed, you can clearly tell the bread was bad.

It took nearly an hour to get our order taken and receive our food through the drive through. The cashier at the window was unapologetic for the wait and was in no rush to help or us the two additional vehicles waiting for food in the parking lot spaces. The food was at least hot, but not worth the wait.

Had to take a moment and shout out the young man, Riley, working the drive thru window. From what I could tell, they appeared to be short staffed. It didn’t seem to impact Riley as he was extremely courteous and very prompt. Fast Food can be a tough environment to work in. Customers are very demanding. And he exceeded all expectations! Food was great as well!

I normally like the food but at this point they just kinda steal your money via their app. Placed an order awhile ago via the app for this location at 9AM with the app stating that they were open at 7AM. I arrive to find the place deserted and my money is already taken out of my account. Really sucked going through customer service to get my money back but thought it was just some really bad luck. Nope, place is once again a ghost town and my money is again gone.

This location is still drive-thru only, but they have no signs or anything to alert you to this, you have to get out to find the door locked. As we pulled on the locked door, an employee was walking in and told us the lobby was closed, and then said, "Honestly, I don't even know if we are open in the drive-thru at the moment," at 12:45pm on a Sunday afternoon. Either he is actively turning away business or has no idea what is going on; either way, they lost our business. We try to eat at Jack in the Box whenever we can, as we don't have one in our hometown, and we are finding the bigger cities simply have never reopened their lobbies; this is so disappointing and is actively discouraging us from eating there.  Do better!

I came for the tiny tacos and was not disappointed. These delectable little tacos are crispy with a smooshy mixture of ground beef and refried beans inside. At only $3 for 15 of these, it's an incredible deal. The creamy avocado lime sauce tastes great, even though it's less than 1% avocado. It gives a good flavor to the tiny tacos that can get a bit bland after you eat so many of them. $3 to get full on awesome little tacos? Count me in! #Recommended #TinyTacos

The food decent what i get atleast but they closed 20 minutes early again tn they do this constantly and close on random days

I wish I could give zero stars! This place was closed at 2pm and when I went back a day later they told me they were taking their last order at 7pm. If the Google time is correct it says they close at 10pm. Please, avoid this place like the plague as the service and dedication to customers is terrible!

I sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes with no response. I tried to go inside to order, but at this location you cannot use the lobby. When i tried to call them nobody answered the phone. I have never had this many problems trying to spend my money at a location. May be a very long time before I attempt this location again.

Rude guy at the drive through. We tried playing an order and this guy just snapped at us. And it was him who didn’t know the menu he was serving. Never seen someone so rude. Will never I mean ever visit this location. Sending a personal message to owners. Don’t eat here he’ll probably do something to the food.
