Stopped in Sunday evening the staff was very polite and efficient. Our food was fresh and hot. My my little guy likes the kiosk. The manager here runs a great unit and it’s very clean! Bonus we were able to catch the end of the Chiefs game on their big screen tv!

McDonald's has wholesale gone downhill in recent years. Prices are just extortion for what you get, barely less than a decent sit down burger. The only saving grace is the rotating McDonald's app deals, which is probably what most people order from.  My low rating really stems from everything I've had from this location tasting more stale than elsewhere.

Very good service, Kristan gave me fresh fries and talked to me while we waited, she was super nice!! Go see her! One of the better McDonald’s I’ve been to!

I would like to know what's happened to the food industry where when you pull up to the McDonald's window they don't even say hello how are you or have a good day any of the pleasantries that should go along with customer service to the public what's happening to this country???

This McDonald's has been fantastic every single time I've gone. Their fries are always served very fresh, and if they ever miss anything they will correct it right away without any trouble.  Highly recommend this location!

The guy at the first window on the drive-thru acted like he wanted to be anywhere but working. He approached the window chewing something with his mouth wide open, no greeting, wadded up the receipt before he tried to hand it to me and then dropped it. No, I did not feel like a valued customer.

It is better than other locations but it still needs some improvement. I have some employees working at that don't speak English at the window and when we try to ask for help or ask them questions they can't understand us. Every time we make a mobile order there's some kind of problem with the computer system and it gets messed up and they end up trying to give us someone else's order almost every time.

Please update your google hours! I waited in the drive-thru w/ a passenger who needed to order food after work. Online hours said they closed at 1am, employees were inside, we were the ONLY ones in drive-thru and NOTHING. I double checked hours and it did indeed say 1am. I opened my app and it said closed. Naturally I tell my passenger that they need to update their hours and loud enough for them to hear me inside over the speaker. I then pulled away and half way to the exit between drive-thru and dunkin, I hear them come on and say something ending with "your issue". I yelled back "naturally youre magically there after i pull away" and also said "your management needs to update their hours". If this location was indeed to be open, but chose to close early, then maybe turn off the drive-thru or at least say "I'm sorry, we're not open" instead of just marking as closed on the app.

Went on the mobile app for a late dinner after work, placed the order showed up checked in, took my money sat there for almost 30 minutes thinking ok maybe they’re super busy see someone inside turning off lights so I pull up to the window and she says oh we aren’t taking orders all the cooks are gone.  Couldn’t refund me said I would have to come back in the morning when I’m at work at my day job to get a refund.  Never again

Basic McDonalds food, no complaint there, but if you go to this location then go through the drive thru or go to a different location. Every time I've gone inside this location to order they've ignored the line at the registers to focus solely on drive thru orders. They look at you then just continue with what they are doing. Nobody says hey there's people waiting, or we'll be with you soon, just straight up ignore you until you go away.
