I have been coming here about once every other month for the last year and have never had any issues. I came in today and ordered a Buckeye burger, a BBQ Bacon and Cheddar burger with jalapenos and 2 regular drinks. The BBQ burger came out with cold fries that were drenched (literally dripping) with oil and the burger was torched and room temperature. The burger was also missing the jalapenos I ordered on it. My fiancee watched me eat my entire meal before her burger came out  even though we ordered at the same time. Over 10 minutes later the second burger (Buckeye burger) comes out with cold, wet, oil saturated fries and another torched, cold burger. I've worked in food service as a cook and manager for 8+ years and I understand that things happen, but when there are only 15 customers in store and 4 or more employees working, there is no excuse to serve burnt and cold food. After having managed restaurants so long I very, very rarely ever complain. My experience was just that bad. I love a good burger and fries and it's really unfortunate I couldn't get that today. Smash Burger, you have lost my business.

I usually am not fond of new restaurants as i usually end up disappointed but still try once or twice a month to eat at new places.  Until this place i haven't been able to find a place that really hits the spot in years. It's not cheap like McDonalds or something but is still very affordable. And for the taste it was amazing. I will definitely be going back.

Bring back the chili!!!!  The burgers and chicken sandwiches are much much better than the other fast food places.  There is no drive through and you have to sit and wait 10 minutes but they do offer internet ordering with almost no waiting.

Food was fine but over-priced. By the time my order came out my hubby was half finished with his. $27 for two is a bit pricey for fast food.
