Almost no vegetables in site =P
Lots of meat and starches.  If that's what you're looking for this place is probably a 5/5.
The selection was very limiting.  I think it cost about $8.  
Other than that I enjoyed the food.

I've tried a few different Chinese places in the area and this one is by far my favorite. Their prices are competitive compared to any other nearby restaurant, but their food is the reason I like it. I am partial to their General Tso's chicken and you can get that for lunch for about $6. It's noteworthy they also have a carryout buffet that for under $10, during lunch, will get you a box of food and a drink.

The food was fresh, hot and made to order.  The staff is pleasant and the order was ready in short time.  The restaurant is clean and comfortable, not fancy but nice.  The staff was highly attentive.

Very nice staff. I ordered take out have no opinion on the buffet it was busy with all business people so I'm guessing good. Waited all of 3 minutes before my food came out. Quick and good

It's a no frills dining experience with great food. The interior may not be beautiful, but the food is very good. Who doesn't love a buffet with delicious food?
