DEAR MARC(store manager) I REALLY WANT YOU TO FIX YOUR ATTITUDE WITH THE CUSTOMERS AND LEARN HOW TO WORK AT PIZZA PLACE. It was really disgusting the way the employees work at that place. The guy shouldn’t be touching the pizza while he was putting on the box but he was touching on The pizza and he did not want to admit it, when we asked the manager to remake the pizza he refsufed and asked us to pay for the second pizza too if they remake it. I was talking to him nice by saying remake the pizza but THE MANAGER of the store MARC got pissed somehow and told us to leave or he said he’s going to call the POLICE I have no idea why or what was the problem with making customers happy. I REALLY THINK THE OWNER OF THE STORE SHOULD CHANGE ALL THE EMPLOYEES INCLUDING MANAGER MARC, I don’t know he’s last name because he also refused to to give us his last name.

Really rude staff, especially the one named Marc with that thin gay voice, also the pizza makers were not using any gloves at all which is discusting, and we asked them to remake it for us, they refused and kicked us out. dont go there

I think the guys up top that continue to mention the guy that talk s "GAY" are just homophobes .....when they realized the manager might possibly be gay they didnt want their pizza anymore ....come on guy s its 2018 get a grip !!!!! I eat there everyday and the food is great ....im there for the food im not worried about whos gay or anything like that !!!

Waiting over 90 mins for 2 pizzas to be delivered less than 1 mile from the restaurant.  The lady taking my order was less than knowledgeable about menu options and specials and I was repeatedly placed on hold for multiple minutes at a time. It was a horrible experience and will never eat at this location again.

I am so disappointed.  Marco's Pizza used to be my favorite pizza a couple of years ago but now I can't stand to eat their food.  First the pizza crusts are not good.  Their crusts taste undercooked, wimpy, not baked well, not flavorful.  The toppings don't taste just right either.  Plus, I tried a steak hoagie recently and the overwhelming flavor was low quality raw onion.  Plus the bread was soggy.  Marco's is permanently off my list.
