First let me say, the front staff is kind, patient and very respectful. With that said this was the absolute worse experience I have ever endured with my child. My daughter had the misfortune of being referred here, from her dental office for 4 wisdom teeth removal. First, we were told that the Dr. Did not allow parents into the procedure rooms, I reminded them that as a minor she is entitled to her parent accompanying her during the procedure, after the office manager politely asked me to step into her office so we could discuss their rules, we debated for about 3 minutes when I suggested she ask the Dr. If he wantes to waste both time (flies in from somewhere else), and money by me cancelling the appointment. While the Dr. agreed to allow me into the room with her, his little assistant seemed considerably upset by my defiance of their policy, when they took us back I was told by the underling to stand in the corner (guess I was on a timeout), not offered a chair, (punishment I can only assume), they tried to ignore me but hey, I am me, so I did ask questions. The Dr. did not seem too bad, but the staff and unreasonable rules have insured my entire family will not utilize this or any other chain under this company again!!!

The staff is very helpful,  energetic,  enthusiastic in answering any questions you might,  and always with a smile.  They truly make your visit to the dentist a pleasant one.

Do NOT go to this dentist it's a scam! I went and they took X-rays and measured my pockets and said I needed deep cleaning which would cost me $$$ over insurance for a visit every 3 months. I looked it up online and saw that a regular cleaning can fix pockets at a 4 level. I discussed this with them and they made up some story about how that's what their dentist recommends so I need to move forward with the treatment. I showed up for treatment and they numbed my entire mouth (more $$$) and gave me a regular cleaning (I've had a deep cleaning before and they didn't use deep cleaning tools/machine). I got fed up and knew this was a scam so I posted a message on Nextdoor asking for recommendations and switched dentists. Today I have 3 cavities that need fillings and they're cavities in between my teeth that don't just pop up overnight. So not only did Smile Workshop scam me with crap I didn't need they didn't even treat the cavities that needed treatment! They also told me hey wanted to replace some of my fillings and this dentist said my fillings are fine. Just don't go to these dental chains! They're all scams out to take your money!

I've been coming here for over a year.   They have great customer service and the staff is knowledgeable. I trust the doctor's opinion.  He has done excellent work on my fillings and hasn't recommended any extra work.

I wasn't allowed to go with my son to get his fillings. When my son came out, he told me the Dentist was very rude to him and yelled at him. The assistant didn't tell my anything about the procedure. Was not happy with the service. The front staff is friendly but can't say the same for the Dentist and his male assistant! 
Will definitely be changing locations.
