I went in with a tooth ache and no insurance so I gladly paid the full fee for my extraction. They did an assessment for my whole mouth and recommended I get insurance so I did. I signed up with Cigna through usaa. When I went back a couple months later they said I was ready for a crown and a filling, they "confirmed " my insurance would cover it. Well it didn't, unbeknownst to me there is a one year waiting period before major work is covered. I feel this is information a professional should be aware of. This is why they have you sign a liability form before hand, they already know the claim will be denied. 
     The dentist that did my crown was very inexperienced, I went back at least 6 times for adjustments and she could never get it right. First of all she numbed the wrong side of my mouth then she wanted to numb the other side but I told her to just work on the side that was already prepped. This turned out to be a blessing because the plan was to work on the worst side which was two crowns. On one occasion the dental assistant used a tongue depressor on me for about ten minutes and it stuck to my tongue, when she pulled it out it separated the top layer of my tongue from  the inner layer. Very painful and uncomfortable. They said no worries it's normal it will heal. 
    Now I'm dealing with a collection agency for the uncovered portion. Too bad they don't base the pricing on the competence of the dentist cause then they'd owe me. Consider yourself warned !!!!!

I have been a patient here for two years. I had a crown done and it failed. When I canceled the appointment to have it repaired they charged me 50.00. Which was fine, I knew that when I canceled. Later that week I went in for a scheduled cleaning. I have never been treated so poorly by a dentist and the hygienist. My teeth hurt for two days after she got done. The doctor came in and spent about a minute and left. The dentist wanted to do extra work to my teeth. When I canceled it made him mad and then they took it out on my teeth. This dentist is only there to take your money! I will never go back! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Dr. Trevino is a great guy! He's very friendly and knowledgeable. I've had multiple hygienists there and they all do an excellent job. The staff is always polite and upbeat. Overall, they make going to the dentist unintimidating, which is saying a lot, coming from someone who avoided going to the dentist like the plague for 7+ years.

I am so upset with this place. I usually go here and so does my father. I am 20 years old under my father's insurance. I called the other day to make an appointment because my wisdom tooth is infected and there's pus coming out. My face is swollen and I'm in excruciating pain. I would've had to pay a balance before I could have made an appointment because my father had a balance. The only reason why my father has a balance is because of a deep teeth cleaning that our insurance lets do every two years. He told them he did not want to do it and they reassured him that it was fine the insurance would cover it it's been enough time. They said they saw the date and it was OK; he did the teeth cleaning and he got billed for it. Apparently the insurance did not cover it. He got a call from the dentist office and they told him they did the cleaning two days too early so he would have to be billed. My father called his insurance and they told him it was not two days too early, they did it a little over a month too early. Now my father has that balance and it affects me too. I don't know why it should have to affect me. My husband and I pay my own dentist bills; I am just under my dads insurance. This whole insurance problem happened after my father denied and they reassured him that it was fine but it really wasn't. This just makes me think that this office does not care about their patients they will do what they have to do to get more money out of their patients. Now today it is Sunday and I have to wait till tomorrow to call around, find a new dentist, wait and make an appointment with them. I have to now wait even though my face is swollen, I have pus in my mouth, I can barely speak, I can barely open my mouth or move my tongue without crying in pain. Thank you so much alliance dental center for screwing us over. Good job. We will not be paying that balance go ahead and suspend our account; thanks for nothing.

Alliance Dental Center office is the office I want to come with my dental problems. Dr. Trevino has an amazing team of dental professionals. You would feel very comfortable in this office. All staff is very polite,friendly, and the most importantly, very knowledgeable. 
Dr. Trevino handles his clients problems the way, which is the best for the clients. He is very honest, true professional. I certainly would advice people to chose the Alliance Dental Center as your family dentist office. I do. Have no regrets.
