Dr Ulmer has brought back my husbands smile and confidence, and eased his anxiety over dental visits! I cannot thank her enough!!!
She has worked each of us in for urgent and/or emergent visits and has office hours that fit perfectly with our needs.
The care we have received from Dr. Ulmer and her staff has been superb. The environment is welcoming and relaxing.
I recommend Dr. Ulmer to anyone who needs a dentist in the Spokane area.

I've been going to Dr. Ulmer for about ten years now.  I live south of Spokane, but am willing to drive all the way up north for my appointments because I like this office so much. They are very friendly and, in this day and age, when going to the dentist can feel a little like going to the mechanic, I trust Dr. Ulmer to take care of my teeth without over-treating or taking advantage. I've been nothing but happy with this office.

Horrid! Seriously horrid. She is one of the rudest people I have ever met. I called her one day on the weekend telling her I had a really awful toothache and her reply to me was "Well...what do you want me to do about it? " I had been an established patient for over a year. She could have done something. 
My husband went in to see her because his tooth was really bothering him. It was infected and everyone in the dental field knows that you treat the infection first otherwise they can't numb you properly. Not Dr. Ulmer. She pulled his tooth while he was hardly numb. He kept asking for more medication to numb it and she told him that she "did her best." My husband is not a complainer and he is a pretty strong man but this was enough to make him never want to return to another dentist again. I'm writing this so no other person has to go through a painful, awful experience like that.

Dr.ulmer is the best dentist I have ever meet, and her staff is great too. I always feel so comfortable there.
