The team of movers showed up promptly as planned.  Before ever taking a step into the house or asking any questions, each mover came and introduced themselves to me.  
After the introductions, the team was on the MOVE.  It was amazing to watch the speed that they worked at but, most importantly, handling every box and piece of furniture with such great care.  The furniture was all wrapped very nicely to protect from damage.  I never once thought that any of my stuff was at risk.  
After all of the items were stored in their truck to head off to storage, each member of the team confirmed I was a happy customer.  
I can't speak highly enough about the professionalism and care that the entire team showed during the move.

We've moved several times around the country for work, and our most recent move during March of 2017 was our 4th major move (1k miles) and Smith-Dray in Greenville were by far the BEST movers we've ever hired! They did all of our packing and shipping, and they handled our stuff with care, delivered our furniture 5 days early, and were cheaper than they initially quoted. Plus, you work with the same agent/contact person throughout the entire process making it way easier to do business with them. Would highly recommend using them!

This is the most professional and careful moving company in the Southeast! I have met many moving companies, and nothing compares to Smith Dray Line to meet your moving needs! They have been in business for about 100 years and are very reliable. Anyone in Asheville, Greenville, Columbia, or Charleston can reach out to Smith Dray Line for any of their local or long distance moves. They will take excellent care of you!
