I have rented from Smith Real Estate twice, and purchased two properties from them. I have had nothing but good experiences. Not sure what these other peoples problems are, but if you leave a place in good condition you will get your deposit back. If you leave a mess and damage the property you wont. Pretty simple. I have had no issues with them, would do business with them, and recommend them without hesitation.

I have rented from them for 14 years and have never had a problem. In fact, they have gone to bat for us with the property owner in order to get them to approve repairs.

Whenever we've had a problem, they have been responsive and sent out repair people promptly.

I wish I would of read the reviews before buying a home with them as our Realtor. Becky Smith was very unprofessional and rude.  I can't believe she runs a business! I wish I could give negative stars. Instead of assisting with the process of buying a house, she made the whole process ten times harder. I wouldn't recommend Smith Real Estate to anyone!
