It was alright. Smiths in West Valley doesn't usually strive to be best. However everyone is really nice and helpful when I go to this store. So I gave it a 3 star. Simply for the cleanliness. And being as there is a frightening hepatitis A outbreak among individuals passing it while working to customers. I would expect the bathrooms and the store to be cleaner than normal however the bathroom was absolutely disgusting and the store wasn't any better. It made me worried to buy food there which is why I didn't.  Obviously it deterred me from purchasing food though it doesn't seem to be hurting business from other customers.

This place is my go-to grocery store, since I live within walking distance and carry my groceries home by hand. They have a very good selection of foods, and good prices, but they do occasionally have issues stocking certain items (such as a brand of frozen burritos I sometimes get, or a certain brand of soda). While this is rarely an issue, it's enough that I cannot give this a full review. With that being said, I've always had a good experience with the employees working here, and things are always kept fairly tidy for the most part.

I love grocery shopping at Smith's because of there Rewards Program.  I can use Digital Coupons and save money but I can also but groceries and save money on gas with fuel points! So its a win, win! At this particular Smith's,  it is a very busy store so you might have to wait in the Customer Service line for a while if you are there to pay bills,  pick up money, etc. I would recommend going elsewhere for that. But if you have to the Customer Service ladies try their absolute best to help you and get you on your way the fast they can! Thanks for being great, Smith's!

Getting too pricey. 
I love the look of this store.  The lighting is relaxing and products are well organized.  However, this is become my go-to store only for a very few items that I cannot find at my much cheaper local super market.

Never a bad experience. Usually not too crowded! Can get in and out of there within 15 minutes! The only difficult part is trying to leave the parking lot.
