You have a horrible excuse for a store supposed to serve the public of Manhattan, NYC. First of all you are hiring illegally illegal aliens who can speak only spanish in a lot of your positions. They cannot communicate with the customers. Your customer policies are horrible.I am 80 years old crippled with stenosis of the spine and severe arthritis and live a great distance from the store and many times when I am unloading my purchases the clerk rings them up and packs them, many times not giving me the discounted prices advertised and rushing to the next customer. Then I have to come back when I find the incorrect price or missing items even though it is a great distance. It is the only supermarket within a radius of about 10 blocks. NOW THE WORST YOU SOLD ME AN OVEN SPRAY THAT, WHEN i GOT HOME , THE SPRAY CAP DID NOT WORK. WHEN I WENT TO THE STORE THE NEXT TIME THEY REFUSED TO REPLACE IT. i WROTE TO THE MANUFACTURER AND RECEIVED 2 COUPONS FOR 3 DOLLARS APIECE. WHEN I WENT TO PAY FOR IT WITH THE COUPONS THE CLERK REFUSED TO GIVE ME MORE THAN THREE DOLLARS CREDIT FOR THE CAN WHICH COST $4.95 WHEN i PROTESTED SHE CALLED THE MANAGER( SO SHE CLAIMED) sHE REFUSED TO GIVE MORE THAN THREE DOLLARS CREDIT, SAYING THAT i COULD ONLY USE ONE CERTIFICATE EVEN THOUGH SHE HAD THEM IN HER HAND. tHEN WHEN i READ HER THE PRINTING ON THE COUPON WHICH SAID "mULTIPLE COUPONS COULD BE USED FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE PRODUCT" SHE SAID THAT SHE COULD NOT HONOR THEM BECAUSE THEIR VALUE CAME TO $6 AND THE PRODUCT COST ONLY $4.99. tHIS IS HER REFLECTION OF HER RESENTMENT TO ANGLO aMERICANS WHOM THEY SEEM TO TRYING TO DRIVE AWAY FROM THE STORE. i DO NOT THINK THAT THERE IS EVEN ONE aNGLO aMERICAN WORKING THE STORE IN A PREDOMINATELY aNGLO aMERICAN NEIGHBORHOOD. i TAUGHT mATH ON BOTH THE HIGH SCHOOL AND COLLEGE LEVEL INCLUDING A LOT OF HISPANICS, SOME WHO HAD TROUBLE WITH mATH BECAUSE OF THE TECHNICAL eNGLISH USED IN mATH TEXTS. i TUTORED THEM FOR FREE TO GIVE THEM EXTRA TIME TO MASTER THE SUBJECT. nOW THAT THE SHOE IS ON THE OTHER FOOT i FIND THAT THE ATTITUDES ARE TOTALLY DIFFERENT AND YOURE STORE SEEMS TO ASPROVE IT
